To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
